Manager.LT Academy Teambuilding Programs [cunducted in english]
Manager.LT Academy has created and now offers practical teambuilding programs for all workgroups. We organize various teambuilding activities under different topics and levels of physical and mental difficulty. Naturally, more physically and mentally extreme programs are conducted under strict supervision of the professional specialist and instructors. Our aim is to deliver a deeper insight in teambuilding processes and give a personal experience that the participants can use in their everyday work.
Training techniques. Participants engage in a number of tasks which in turn demand full dedication from a team, and are achievable only by the employment of the effective communication and cooperation between the team members. Those tasks encompass:
- Information gathering,
- Situation analysis and risk assessment when one deals with the team task planning,
- Role division and allocation in order to exploit both the strong and the weak spots of every participant when seeking a successful accomplishment of the task.
Besides, the teams work is stressed furthermore by adding time limitations, competitive element, and other factors.
Though training is a serious business in itself, we believe that it must produce a good self esteem and improve the overall team climate. Thus, we try to employ as much humour as possible.

Already working teams (both for employees and/or managers and employers), it provides a perfect opportunity to “chill out”, improve mutual trust, communication, initiative and thus the productivity. At the same time it is a fun and useful way for a spare time activity (three days of teambuilding = two weeks on the Caribbean).
Newly formed groups, it allows to shorten the time needed for the unavoidable period of frictions and storming. It helps to evaluate the compatibility of the team members. It solves those small “domestic” conflicts, and does this all during initial stages of the team formation without transferring the problems into the working environment.

Teambuilding Programs Package
Our program package can be divided into three levels of mental and physical hardness:
„Practice“, „Extreme Practice“ and „Super Extreme Practice“.
Time limits, physical activity and extreme stress activate participants and provide a certain “pressure” allowing for the quicker teambuilding process.
Program is chosen by the customer with the help of our advisors, taking into the account customer’s needs and aims for the teambuilding.
„Practice“ programs:
Purpose
Physically and mentally undemanding programs. Meant for employees working within teams, workgroups and sections, as well as for managers and executives who are to conduct close interaction, and for any groups with the desire to learn each other better.

„Extreme Practice“ programs:
Purpose
Physically and mentally demanding programs. Meant for employees working within teams, workgroups and sections, as well as for managers and executives who are to conduct close interaction, and for any groups with the desire to learn each other better. Better suited for companies that need a faster teambuilding process, which could repay in a quicker shift to an improved productivity.
Aim
- To stimulate a faster building of team related bonds within group,
- To improve communication and trust,
- To quicken cooperation processes,
- To help team members understanding their roles within workgroups,
- To help managers identify undiscovered talents in teams.
- To help managers begin teamwork with their groups in an informal surrounding,

„Super Extreme Practice“ programs
Purpose
Very physically and mentally demanding programs. Meant for those that not only want to get „teambuilded“ but also to face some more or less challenging situations and thus escape from urban life and work routine. Those are best suited for final teambuilding phases – in order to check teams’ readiness and strength of their relations or otherwise for the teams that will work under more strenuous conditions.
Aim
- To create controlled extreme situations in order to give participants a greater self-esteem and trust for the other team members,
- To consolidate bonds within the team,
- To give one a challenge.

Main teambuilding training manager/advisor:
Ugnius Vaisnora. He has studied personnel management and public administration at Lithuanian Military Academy, leadership and teamwork at Halmstad (Sweden) Military Academy. He has a broad experience in leadership and teamwork as former instructor at military Leader Training Center. He worked as a platoon commander and thus aquired necessary experience in practical leadership. He also conducted several training programs as part of his job in training batalion. He now prepares, organizes and conducts trainings in the fields of teambuilding, teamwork, effective management and leadership.
